No. But it is a natural phenomenon.

No, it’s a natural sound.

Interesting, but no.
One of the things about about Moonraker is that guns would not sound in space, so there should be no sound effects.
My Dad says is it from a plant whiplashing or something?
The list of things that makes Moonraker absurd could make a website on its own. The book is much better, if also highly implausible.
